Hello, My name is Julie, NSU’s Digital Customer Support Specialist. I wanted to reintroduce myself and let you know that I am targeted to launch July 3rd within the SharkLink Portal. I have been redesigned from the ground up with a new look, the ability to speak and understand what you have to say, and I also have the ability to react to your emotions if you enable your camera when we are speaking. I also have some new questions that I can answer for students based on issues they call about frequently. The email I sent you includes a link to a web page with all the details for my new features. I am now exploring the ability to add ChatGPT to my skill set by October of this year.
