Tony Khawam is an award-winning artist and curator, born in Aleppo, Syria, lives and works in South Florida. His work is exhibited nationally and has been collected by several museums and private collectors in the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East, and has been featured in numerous art magazines. He is the author of several cultural exhibition catalogues with a focus on heritage, social concerns, and immigration intertwined with the American culture. His work examines the cross-cultural dynamic in our communities for better cultural bridge building and understanding, and he is dedicated to nurturing new art to engage and connect our diverse communities through dynamic exhibits with stimulating specialty programs and inspired events to ignite cultural enrichment.
