In this session, I will introduce "ElevateGPT," a custom AI assistant designed to help educators create assignments that integrate generative AI to enhance students' higher-order cognitive skills, such as analyzing, evaluating, and creating. Participants will interact with ElevateGPT to draft class ideas and explore the tool's strengths, limitations, and opportunities for improvement. The session will conclude with a discussion on the potential challenges and benefits of using ElevateGPT for designing learning activities.

Participants will:
- Generate Ideas to integrate GenAI for activities or assignments that target higher-thinking skills in their class
- Discuss strengths and limitations of the tool and the challenges and opportunities of using the tool.
- Discuss recommendations for improvement
